Jeff Pollock - CEO
Jeff became CEO of Idencia in 2015 and leads with a clear vision and deep commitment to the precast industry. He champions customers and stakeholders alike, building a company they can rely on for dependable solutions, consistent support, and long-term partnership.

Bence Reichert
Business Administrator
Bence plays a key role in keeping the company running smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees all accounting workflows, manages tax and regulatory obligations, prepares financial reports, and supervises internal sales and tag production.
Bence assists customers in procuring the tags and hardware they need and provide clear, timely support for any billing questions or concerns.

Customer Success Manager
Keri specializes in guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding experience. She helps customers customize and confidently use their system to fit their specific needs.
Through hands-on training and ongoing support, Keri ensures every client feels set up for success from day one.

Technical Support Engineer
Devin is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. He assists customers with issues and requests, creates and maintains reports and dashboards, and supports development tasks as needed.
Devin supports Idencia customers by quickly troubleshooting issues and guiding them on how to use the system effectively to meet their specific goals.

Alyssa began her role as Marketing Coordinator. She works behind the scenes managing and maintaining Idencia’s presence across key social media platforms and is the voice behind our product, event, and informational announcements.
As Marketing Coordinator, Alyssa helps our customers stay informed and empowered by connecting them with the right resources at the right time.

Meghan came to Idencia as Product Owner. Meghan serves as a Scrum Master and product leader for our software development team, bridging the gap between customer vision and technical execution. She defines and communicates product vision, ensuring every feature aligns with user needs and business goals.
Meghan’s role centers on transforming user experience requests and customer ideas into clear, actionable development tickets that drive real results.

He translates company vision into actionable product strategy, champions the voice of the customer across the organization, and delivers solutions that serve the precast market with clarity and reliability.

Doug joined our team with over 30 years experience in the construction materials and construction technology industries, leading operations, business transformation, and customer success initiatives.
Having worked with CRH/Oldcastle, Summit Materials, B2W Software, and Trimble, he brings a natural alignment of technology solutions with operational performance. Doug holds a bachelor's degree from Saint Michael’s College and an MBA from New Hampshire College (SNHU).
