Shipping and delivery reports

  • This report creates a bill of lading to be signed by the carrier acknowledging receipt of the product in good condition and ready for shipment.

    Customization, including adding your logo, additional product information, etc. is also available.

    Prerequisites: This report requires a Shipment Number and Shipment Date be applied to each item included in a shipment. This can be done manually in the Item Detail screen, or via a shipping process that sets these values.

  • The shipping report displays shipment information for the selected date range. It includes information about the Jobs and Custom Item Types included in a shipment, but will not include the individual serial numbers shipped.

    Additional customization, including your logo or additional job and item type information can be included for an additional fee.

    Prerequisites: This report requires the use of Jobs and Job Shipments.

  • A simple delivery ticket with the weight and square footage of the delivered products, along with delivery notes and signature lines.

    Customization services are available to add your logo and/or additional information about items included in the delivery.

    Prerequisites: This report also requires the use of Jobs and Job Shipments. Custom Item Types must have Custom Properties for “Weight” and “Area”.

  • The Shipping Ticket report uses the Shipments functionality in the Jobs screen. Shipping Tickets are printed for signature upon delivery.

    Customization, including the addition of your logo, product weight and total shipment weight, or additional product information is also available.
