Jeff Pollock
CEO
Jeff became CEO at Idencia in 2015 after investing in the company in 2011. Prior to his work at Idencia, he spent most of his career investing in companies and helping them grow. Jeff is married with three grown daughters. Professionally, he is passionate about new technology. For leisure, he enjoys anything that gets him out in nature including hiking, sailing his Sunfish and cross-country skiing.

Tracy Johnson
COO
Tracy came to Idencia with 20+ years in Information Technology, primarily in the government sector, focused on civil engineering and construction technology solutions. She specializes in applying technology and organizational design principals to improve business processes and drive results.
When not at work, Tracy enjoys traveling and has to been to places including Korea, Russia and Hungary. Her favorite trip was when she went to Israel in 2020. Tracy also enjoys spending time with her grand kids.

Jillian Guthrie
Product Owner
Jillian came to Idencia with a strong technical background in math, physics and materials engineering. Idencia allowed her to take these skills and apply them to sales for the first time. With a year of experience under her belt and the determination to push Idencia to be the best software for the construction industry, Jillian pursued and became the full-time role of Product Owner in 2022.
In her free time, Jillian enjoys crocheting, going antiquing and spending time outdoors with friends.

Caitlyn Knezevic
Brand Manager
Caitlyn has been working in marketing and design since 2016. With her design skills, writing skills and marketing skills, Caitlyn has brought to Idencia a wealth of knowledge that accompanies her well with her position as Brand Manager. When Caitlyn isn’t flexing her marketing skills, you can find her petting her cat, watching the latest movies or playing the latest video games. As a storyteller herself, she never can consume enough new media!
