Jeff Pollock
CEO
Jeff became CEO at Idencia in 2015 after investing in the company in 2011. Prior to his work at Idencia, he spent most of his career investing in companies and helping them grow. Jeff is married with three grown daughters. Professionally, he is passionate about new technology. For leisure, he enjoys anything that gets him out in nature including hiking, sailing his Sunfish and cross-country skiing.

Bence Reichert
Business Administrator
Bence is a recent graduate of The University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Administration, Management and a collateral in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprise. He has an interest in small business, which attracted him to Idencia. With his attention to detail, Bence has identified opportunities to increase revenue and decrease expenses.
When not working, Bence enjoys going to the gym and watching horror movies with his girlfriend.

Sean Dougherty
Solution Manager
Sean has worked in Software and SaaS sales for over 25 years and has worked at companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small start ups selling software and solutions.
Away from work, Sean enjoys watching his two girls participate in Theater, is an avid sports fan and enjoys going running, yoga and attending live music. Was once nicknamed Seany Checkers for winning a Checker tournament. So while some people are playing chess, he plays checkers.
