Jeff Pollock - CEO
Jeff became CEO of Idencia in 2015 and leads with a clear vision and deep commitment to the precast industry. He champions customers and stakeholders alike, building a company they can rely on for dependable solutions, consistent support, and long-term partnership.
Jeff continuously strives to build an organization our customers can rely on — providing consistent support, dependable solutions, and a long-term partnership they can trust.
Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys hiking, sailing, and keeping a close eye on emerging technology trends. He also celebrates the birth of each new grandchild with a cigar carefully wrapped in plastic — a tradition that’s uniquely his own.
Sean Dougherty
Solution Manager
Sean became a part of Idencia in 2024 and focuses on showcasing the value of the Idencia solution. He articulates and demonstrates how the platform drives impact, answers questions about the system, and works with customers to strategize ways technology can create greater efficiencies within their plants.
Sean helps customers get the information they need from the start by providing personalized demonstrations of the application, and working alongside them to identify practical ways to improve efficiency and streamline production.
After hours, Sean enjoys watching his two girls participate in theater, is an avid sports fan and enjoys going running, yoga and attending live music.
Bence Reichert
Business Administrator
Bence joined Idencia in early 2024 and plays a key role in keeping the company running smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees all accounting workflows, manages tax and regulatory obligations, prepares financial reports, and supervises internal sales and tag production.
Bence assists customers in procuring the tags and hardware they need and provide clear, timely support for any billing questions or concerns.
In his free time, Bence enjoys spending time with his girlfriend.
Keri Lartz
Customer Success Manager
Keri came on board in 2025 and specializes in guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding experience. She helps customers customize and confidently use their system to fit their specific needs.
Through hands-on training and ongoing support, Keri ensures every client feels set up for success from day one.
After hours Keri can often be found preparing for her next marathon.
Paula Mattis
Internal Concierge
Paula joined Idencia in 2025 and is dedicated to supporting and empowering the Idencia team. She ensures the infrastructure, resources, and systems are in place so the team can thrive and continue delivering exceptional value to customers.
Paula supports our customers behind the scenes by partnering closely with our forward-facing team members to ensure every request is handled thoroughly and efficiently.
Outside of the office, Paula enjoys traveling—especially to London—reading, kayaking, hiking, walking her dog, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-nephew.
Devin Willse
Technical Support Engineer
Devin started with Idencia in 2024 and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. He assists customers with issues and requests, creates and maintains reports and dashboards, and supports development tasks as needed.
Devin supports Idencia customers by quickly troubleshooting issues and guiding them on how to use the system effectively to meet their specific goals.
Away from the desk, Devin can be found experimenting in the kitchen, baking sweet treats, playing video games, or out on the golf course.
Alyssa Henderson
Marketing Coordinator
Alyssa began her role as Marketing Coordinator in 2025. She works behind the scenes managing and maintaining Idencia’s presence across key social media platforms and is the voice behind our product, event, and informational announcements.
As Marketing Coordinator, Alyssa helps our customers stay informed and empowered by connecting them with the right resources at the right time.
Outside of work, Alyssa is rarely far from an animal—riding her horse, exploring with her dogs, or relaxing at home with her cat. She also loves spending time with her family and unwinding with video games.
Meghan Flynn
Product Owner
Meghan came to Idencia in early 2026 as Product Owner. Meghan serves as a Scrum Master and product leader for our software development team, bridging the gap between customer vision and technical execution. She defines and communicates product vision, ensuring every feature aligns with user needs and business goals.
Meghan’s role centers on transforming user experience requests and customer ideas into clear, actionable development tickets that drive real results.
Meghan is a woman of many crafts. Outside of Idencia, Meghan loves to woodwork, build furniture and create gifts for friends and family. She is also an avid reader and crime procedural ending guesser.
Jonty Leak
Vice President of Product and Customer Experience
Jonty joined Idencia in 2024 and plays a central role in shaping the company’s product direction and customer experience. He translates company vision into actionable product strategy, champions the voice of the customer across the organization, and delivers solutions that serve the precast market with clarity and reliability.
Jonty listens closely to our customers and turns their feedback into practical solutions that streamline operations, increase profitability, and make their day-to-day work simpler and more efficient.
Outside of the office, Jonty enjoys cheering on his kids at their sporting events, attending University of North Carolina football and basketball games, traveling, spending time outdoors, and unwinding in the evenings with an episode of Family Feud.
