Inventory Cycle Counting

Turn year-end crunch into control with better cycle counts

Take your cycle counts from 4 days to 4 hours

Tested by precasters

Many precasters shut down their plants and halt production in order to perform inventory counts. We’ve tested this new functionality with precasters and learned that they estimate this will reduce their inventory cycle counts from 4 days down to 4 hours.

Made for precasters

There are so many ways this benefits producers:

  • Multi-scanning products in real-time

  • See what’s found, missing, and unexpected

  • Perform audits at any time

  • Reduce time and increase accuracy when counting

  • Maintain accurate inventory and waste tracking

Watch how easy it is

Manually performing inventory cycle counts results in plant shutdowns with an all hands on deck approach that leads to loss productivity and inaccuracies.

Idencia Aiden has the solution for inventory management.

How it works

A clear plastic case containing an identification badge with a barcode, some text, and a logo with a person aiming a gun. The badge reads 'idencia' and includes a serial number, patent number, and other technical information.

RFID Tags

All products must have a RFID tag. RFID tags provide unique serial numbers to each individual product and can be associated with that product’s unique data.

A handheld barcode scanner with an integrated mobile phone mounted on top, designed for retail or inventory scanning.

Scanner

Worker can walk around the yard and wave the scanner. The scanner will pick-up on the RFID tags and begin registering the count in real-time.

Computer screen displaying moisture, humidity, temperature, and air quality data charts, with an advisory box and a sidebar menu.

Idencia Aiden

Idencia Aiden manages the data and provides dashboards and reports to show your inventory counts. Found, missing, and duplicate products are managed.

Real-time results

Mobile app screen displaying RFID inventory with no items found, showing expected 20, missing 20, and a red stop button.

While actively scanning, the mobile app will show in real-time all the products it picks up. With Idencia Aiden, all of your data is in one place and you will be able to see exactly what products you’ve counted and what you’ve missed.

Automatic reports

A table titled 'Inventory Cycle Counts' with columns for inventory number, date, project name, inventory status, and count of items. It lists multiple projects with their respective statuses and item counts, including 'Found', 'Missing', and 'Not Expected'.

In Idencia Aiden, all inventory counts can be viewed and analyzed directly on your computer. Perform inventory counts of specific jobs, specific product types, or take a canvas of everything sitting in your yard. Review reports and dashboards that are automatically generated for you.

One source for all data

Laptop displaying a dashboard with charts, graphs, and tables related to repair management; smartphone showing a form titled Pre Pour with fields for start time, form oil, and form clean, and options for status and completion.

With the Idencia Aiden quality management system, precasters are able to associate the entirety of their production with their inventory. There’s no questions to what a product is, where a product is, or what happened to a product. All data is collected in Idencia Aiden and can be accounted for.
