The original intent of Idencia was to simply track concrete products through scanning RFID tags. This allowed producers to scan products through each of its stages, monitor its creation and perform processes at each checkpoint.

Idencia has perfected its original intention, and has continued to improve its services. Now, you can scan either RFID tags, barcodes, QR codes or none at all (individualized by manually entering SKUs). Processes are fully customizable to adapt to however your plant works now.

The blend of abilities such as scanning products, collecting data on the Idencia Mobile App and the hub of the Management Portal, creates a powerful combination of tools that helps increase productivity of the plant and reduces waste.

Three steps to success

  • Embed an RFID tag or affix a barcode to be used to scan the product throughout production.

  • Collect data online or offline on the Idencia mobile app, then sync the data to the Management Portal.

  • Dashboards and reports are auto-generated using the information collected to provide a clear picture.
