Inventory reports

  • A report of items whose status is “Finished Goods” or “Work in Progress”. Clicking a serial number in the report will display the Item Details report for the serial number. This report will be updated at no cost to fit the statuses/terminology used by your company.

    Additional customization services are also available if you would like to add your logo and/or additional columns of information.

    Prerequisites: An Item Custom Property for “Status”.

  • This report lists all items in an “Approved” status. Clicking a Serial Number will display the Item Details report. This report can be modified at no cost to retrieve items in whatever status you use to denote items in inventory.

  • This report returns a list of all items in the selected status. Clicking a serial number will display the Item Details report for the serial number.

    Customization services are also available for this report. We can add your logo, include additional columns of information, change the sort order, etc.

  • This report provides a list of items where the last process was completed on the given date. Clicking a serial number will display the Item Details report for the item.

    Customization services are available for this report to add additional columns of data and additional search criteria.

  • The Job Summary Report displays summary information about the selected Job or Jobs. It includes summary information about the quantity of items produced for a given Job, the number of items shipped, and the number of items left to produce. Clicking the “Show Details” option will provide a breakdown of quantities for each Custom Item Type within the job. It does not give information about the individual serial numbers produced or shipped.

    Additional customization, including your logo or additional job and item type information can be included for an additional fee.

    Prerequisites: This report requires the use of Jobs and Job Shipments.

  • After scanning every item in your stock yard, this report displays a list of scanned and not scanned items in your database.

    Customization, including adding your logo, additional product information, etc. is also available.

    Prerequisites: This report requires an Item Custom Property for “Physical Inventory Date” and the use of a Physical Inventory process that sets the inventory date.

  • This report displays items of the selected type that were created within the given date range. Clicking an item’s serial number will display the Item Detail report.

    This report can be customized to include your logo, additional columns, etc.

  • After running a Physical Inventory Process to scan all products in inventory, this report will compare the count of items scanned to the count of items in Idencia that have not been shipped. This report will not provide the serial numbers of items shipped or serial numbers of items that should be in inventory, just counts by Custom Item Type (number produced, number shipped, number that should be in inventory, number actually in inventory).

    Prerequisites: This report requires the use of Jobs and Job Shipments, as well as a Physical Inventory process that sets the Inventory Date of each item scanned.

  • This report is used in conjunction with a Physical Inventory Process when conducting an inventory audit. Once the physical inventory process work is complete, this report is downloaded into Excel, missing pieces and inventory counts are investigated, the Excel spreadsheet is then used as an import spreadsheet to update items not scanned during the inventory audit.

    Though rarely customized, this report can be updated to include additional custom properties and your logo.

    Prerequisites: An Item Custom Property for “Status”

  • This report displays a list of items created (i.e., “started”) in your Idencia system on a given date. The Status column will indicate whether the item is in process (an incomplete process exists) or is complete (no process is currently open).

    Customization of this report is available for an additional fee (add your logo, add columns, reorder columns, etc.).
